Looking at all these stories this week of club valuations (Liverpool £3billion) and the amount of debt most of football is in and the crazy contract players like Haaland are asking for, £305 million for a debt free Newcastle United is an absolute fuckin bargain.

Is it not £205 million for a club with £100 million in debt, to the owner? Or have those loans been paid back?

Yeah. But I wasn't questioning your maths. Obviously £305M for a debt free club, in comparison to the liverpools of the world, appears to be good business. But if the reality is that it's £205M for £100M debt, that's quite different.
