Agreed, he's utterly finished.

 

I'm still having nightmares about that bit in the Cup Final where he tries to run the ball into the corner, weakly loses it and pathetically tries to chase the Liverpool player. It spoilt the whole day for me.

Not saying Wilson's not finished, but Osula must be dog in training for neither Tindall or Howe to suggest he's ready. This is the best chance he will get before we get a new striker and he's not capitalised it at all.

I agree. But people have short memories sadly and love a bit of recency bias. Just look at the way he is spoken about in here compared to say the end of the 4th placed season. 
 

Fans have got fed up with him constantly being injured and the fact we chose to rely on someone so unreliable, I guess. He is so far past it now it’s a bit sad. 
 

Not that he deserves abuse for it, mind. I don’t think he is doing a Marcelino or anything. The club decided keeping him around was a good idea and signed a young backup who can’t even get a look in ahead of an immobile Wilson.
