It will be an honour to roll over and be tickled on Friday night and be a part of a team winning a league title.

Think Man Utd will have to win all three games to keep it going to our game. Probably will be sorted by next week.

Wasn’t it nice not to have VAR allowed in the Derby V Shef Wed game. I was reflecting on the goals and thinking how VAR would’ve spoilt a few of them.

Liverpool are so weird this season. They create enough chances to win every week, but somehow miss them and end up cocking it up.

They’re not even half chances, they’re relatively straightforward. I just don’t get why they can’t score

We got a sell on clause?

Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray: "Adam Armstrong could have had 40 goals rather than 29 but that's okay, that's good that he's disappointed he hasn't scored more.

"For Adam's sake let's hope the phone rings and someone offers us a ridiculous amount of money, we shake him by the hand and we say 'go and bang in loads of goals in the Premier League'. And we'll use some of that money in the team and can find another striker who can bang loads of goals in.

Watching the Liverpool game earlier and couldn’t help wonder what has happened to Southampton. They went top after beating us, but are now below us. They still play some decent stuff, but just don’t look anything like the team from the first few months of the season. I wonder if they may change manager in the near future. I know they were over achieving, but just didn’t see such a drastic drop in results.

Been shite for ages, unless they’re full strength they struggle massively and Hassenhuttl is one of those pretty one dimensional managers whose tactics need full buy in to work. Southampton is probably the most generically bland place in England so it’s hard to feel sympathy.

Last year of his contract, we get 40% of any sale or 40% back if we buy him. Probably about £7-8m? For that fee probably worth a risk.

We're definitely interested.
