He's getting a bit more game time, and that atmosphere, those 20+ minutes and big match experience will have served him far better than 90 mins in front of 14k playing for Blackburn or Swansea on the same night. I agree with this, he is getting game time this season due to the number of injuries we have rather than there being a plan in place to develop him in to a first team regular. He has took that chance and been excellent in the majority of games which is a credit to how good he is, certainly above the level of Swansea and Blackburn.
