TRon
He looked fantastic while he was on.
Pablo123
Really feel for the lad. Hope it's not a thigh strain and he's ok for Sunday
black_n_white
Either dead leg or a pulled muscle?
80
Will be a big loss for us if it does end up being serious. Feel bad for him.
Willow
Fingers crossed it's not a long one
PauloGeordio
Sat on the bench with ice pack on top of thigh. Hopefully nothing serious.
M1tche
Sounds like a a dead leg, that won't keep him out too long. If it were hamstring or Achilles I'd be worried
Ikon
Not sure he would look that gutted if it only was a dead leg. Hope it is mind.
Skeletor
Just now, Ikon said: Not sure he would look that gutted if it only was a dead leg. Hope it is mind. Hopefully just an anxiety reaction having been injured so much last season.
andyc35i
Just now, Ikon said: Not sure he would look that gutted if it only was a dead leg. Hope it is mind. Yeah his reaction when on the ground talking to the physio and when he walked off said to me that he thought it was serious
Dokko
9 minutes ago, Tsunami said: We’ve missed him since he went off. He's quality. The electric pace, mainly over the 1st few yards is something we lack, especially over in the left side. I think @Kid Icarus was right a wee while ago in that he's a key player in how we play under Howe and linked to our better performances, but it doesn't even look like he believes he can stay fit, and when you crawl into your own head, it's difficult to get out. dave s
not having much luck is he? hes class, glides past people. stay fit ffs 😩
1964
It'll be a muscle rupture and scurvy
Geordie_once_removed
He looked happy enough on the bench and was moving ok as the players went off for half time. The gutted reaction is probably due to it being his first start in ages, getting a goal then having to go off rather it being anything too serious. Chris_R
Looked just like a knock, maybe just a dead leg, nothing serious. Should be back by February.
jonny1403
18 minutes ago, Ikon said: Not sure he would look that gutted if it only was a dead leg. Hope it is mind. Looked like a natural reaction as he was having a class game and was robbed of the opportunity to make more of an impact.
toontownman
Really hoping its just a precaution and his isn't out long. Poor guy.
Menace
He's the most underrated player in our team, we miss him big time.
TRon
People can carp about his fragility with some justification, but we just look so much better when he's fit and firing. His pace was transformational before the injury. In fact even his injury was caused by him chasing back so rapidly and getting caught on the back of it. Guest
Gutted for him as he'd be a great alternative to Joelinton against bottom half sides.
Weezertron
Was it due to a tackle or just running?
Rebellious
Hope it wasn`t a quad strain, pull or tear. I had a rapid player do that in similar circumstances. Ice in the same area Willock had his by our physio too.

KaKa
Howe in his post match interview, says Willock said he had a cramp like feeling and pain in his thigh. Might turn out to be okay. Was out for a long while, so hopefully just his body still adjusting and not an injury per se.
