More entertaining to watch? For who exactly? Because with no wins in 7 games this season its not Newcastle fans who are entertained. Arsehole.

I'll tell you what I found entertaining, supporting a manager who believed in our club and had a project to make us successful again. I found it entertaining to be kicking every ball watching Newcastle and wanting us to win for the first time in years. The toxic environment that Bruce has predictably created for the fans coupled with zero wins so far this season is not even the slightest bit entertaining for anyone apart from fans of other clubs who are coming to St James' Park and turning us over for the easiest points they'll get all season.

It's tantamount to going into a heavyweight championship fight with the oppositions belt on the line and we're just windmilling with our eyes shut.

Jurassic Pork is a simpleton, 2 monkeys playing table tennis for a brain, spewing out his guff in reply to questions he's incapable of answering lucently, some of the comparisons drawn between Rafa & this fuckwit honestly make me die a little every time I hear / read them.

This imbecile embarrasses anyone connected to the club who genuinely cares about the club, the traditions & the future of this once great club, clearly the majority of the blame lies elsewhere with FCB but this snake is complicit in the asset stripping of our club, hes the figurehead of  the carcass that remains from the 14 years of the bone picking that's gone on from FCB.

He's not, nor ever will be  one of us a fan or a Geordie, hes a fat, unkempt, waddling disaster of a human, he makes my skin creep, Hate him

One day in the not too distant future this long ball leviathan won't be manager / head coach "whatever he is" & what a glorious, unbridled joyous day that will be & I for one cannot wait to wake up to that news, until then we must sit & watch / listen to this fartbrain regurgitating the same inane nonsense & the dopes in the MSM lapping it up from "Nice guy Steve" FUCK OFF !!!

Wazzock is a word used too infrequently imo

Reet off for a bath

3 o'clock kick off this weekend followed by another international break, with a fair wind Bruce should be in Portugal by 9pm.

He'll fly out Sunday morning so he can smash out a couple of airport full english breakfasts to kick-start the holiday.

The only reason we are 'entertaining' is because we are so bad defensively the opposition get a load of chances and we miss a boat load of chances attacking.

It's only entertaining when it's not your team.

I love watching a match where one or both teams carve through each other with massive ease, but it gets a bit depressing when it's your own team being carved through with ease for 94 consecutive games

You would never fall in love with Rafa's style of football, but you would fall in love with his incredible levels of attentional to detail and preparation. You could see his thought processes clearly playing out on the pitch, as he solved problems and continuously improved our approach. I'd take that over end-to-end desperation defending any day.

Is this becoming a bit of a misconception about Rafa? Towards the end of his last season we looked awesome and very entertaining. Just because he kept things tight against the better teams whilst he had shite players at his disposal doesn't mean he doesn't like to play attacking football.

Some of the football Liverpool played while not exactly prime Pep Barca was sublime mind, they were like a Klopp team of today, just more rigid and more direct if that makes sense, they would come out of the traps and be all over a team.

Footy Insider, mixed bag... https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-bruce-tells-friends-he-could-quit-newcastle-united/

Steve Bruce has told friends he is feeling “lower than ever before” and has given thought for the first time to quitting Newcastle United, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.

The 60-year-old’s public stance is he won’t walk out on the job he craved for much of his managerial career, which he reiterated again earlier this month.

But a source with knowledge of Bruce’s situation has told Football Insider he is feeling “really down” and “lower than ever before” as the pressures of the job mount.

Bruce is tired of taking the brunt of the supporters’ anger and continued dissatisfaction at the ownership of Mike Ashley, who has failed to sell the club to a Saudi Arabia-backed consortium.

As the public face of the club, the manager believes he is taking all the flak from the fans and the media despite doing the job with one hand tied behind the back.

Ashley’s stance is that he has no intention of sacking Bruce while Newcastle are in the Premier League.

I really wish we'd signed Choudury and Jones so that, when we were in the exact same position despite him being backed to such a reasonable extent, he wouldn't have that excuse to fall back on.

What occurred over this summer passed, including the statement that was released, was unquestionably no way to work cooperatively with your manager. However, it's an irrelevance when you consider what little effect on the pitch a couple more players would have had, and it wasn't as if he wasn't backed. And, above all, of course there's that elephant in the room regarding his grateful acceptance of Ashleyism. It's what got him the job in the first place and he has no right complaining about his working conditions to the same extent someone like Rafa did.

Fuck him.

I think the most likely scenario in relation to him leaving is him departing by 'mutual consent' where he gets some sort of pay off. Wouldn't be surprised if Ashley refuses though and insists he resigns instead so he doesn't have to pay him, if he does end up walking. ( ) Hope the fans at Wolves keep at him.

Bruce has actually kind of given me a slight bit of respect for Pardew. Like Pardew was a prick, but he knew he was and went along as such. Bruce is a prick but thinks he's a saint, and always plays the victim. Somehow the first one is more palatable to stomach.

Could be team Bruce going for good cop/bad cop thing to get fans to let up on him

There's no point getting on him because he's not going anywhere - circa Bruce's fellow career scammer Dickheadwards

He's under press, have mercy

Nah, I say he's on the ropes, don't let up, if anything redouble efforts and finish him
