Assuming Huddersfield lose tomorrow there are basically 12 teams in a relegation battle, Burnley and Watford already look like they've done enough to stay clear even if their form turns to shite.

Not a clue who's going down, but we're part of it.

We won't go down man, you guys are far too emotional after a defeat. Too many bad teams in this league for it to happen, we have lost 4 in a row and we remain in 14th.

We'll be fine.

There really isn't this year. There's no obvious relegation fodder aside from possibly Swansea.

That would be a completely fair point if there were 2 or 3 that still stood out, but there aren't and we're definitely part of the trash at the bottom. I don't think we'll go down with Rafa, but stating the obvious, everything hinges on this takeover and when/if it happens.

Given, on paper, we've had a relatively easy start I think we'll be in real trouble if the form/results stay this way.

Don't understand this easy start theory. We are 13 games in. There's only another 6 to go before we start all over, within those 6 we've got everton, west brom and Leicester.

We've got a lot of our rivals at home to go.

Everton, Brighton, Swansea, (Burnley), Leicester, Southampton, Huddersfield, West Brom.

You would like to think there are at least 14 points there. You would like to think we could pick up another 12 points from the remaining 17 odd games. Which would get us 40 points and probably not in prolonged danger of going down.

When you start thinking "well we can get to 38 points if results go our way", then we're in massive danger. At the moment, i'm not there yet.

We do need to stop the rot asap though.

Really wish we caught WBA & Everton in recent weeks.

We play wba Tuesday. Not much will have changed in a week.

Scared of a new manager bounce.

They didn't even beat West Ham at home.

Its too late for them to have a new manager now, isn't it? Unless they appoint someone and he takes it without taking training.

Aye, four forwards with 5 goals between them is a worry, particularly when 3 of them have featured fairly regularly.

He wanted Abraham’s plus another forward and we ended up with a Joselu, no one should be surprised by this predicament given what he’s had to work with his.

Isn’t his net spend with us zero since taking over, he’s good but can’t work miracles.

He doesn't even have the benefit of a Wijnaldum getting into double figures, Shelvey & Ritchie have been massive let downs in that regard. I'd have expected at least a couple of goals each by now.

If we don't sign a striker and someone either capable of goals from the number 10 or wide positions then we'll be scrapping.
