UAE takeover Man City - nothing done. Saudis takeover Newcastle and suddenly it's unfair? Had it been Arsenal, Spurs or Man United taken over - this doesn't happen. Maybe we're all just bent out of shape waiting so long for the actual takeover that we've got none left for anything else, however this is terrible and if they cannot see it then the whole thing is going to end up badly. We have absolutely no idea where the consortium are in the recruitment process for manager or DoF/sporting director. There isn't a lot the consortium can do about the actions of the other Premier League clubs either. A lot of the other problems you listed come back to the management, not the ownership, but I agree they could be resolved by binning Bruce, which they need to do.
