LionOfGosforth Posted October 7, 2021 Share Posted October 7, 2021 I don't think there's anything that couldn't be improved from academy, PR, commercial, sponsorship, playing staff, managerial and coaching staff, the list is almost endless and prioritizing all that is a job in itself. Overall though, as Yorkie said, the right manager with the right coaching setup and the team with that and the feelgood factor will get results and everything else can fall into place. Proper even and balanced black and white stripes for home; maroon and blue hoops for away; yellow and green for third. It would be good for kits to be around for a few years like they were in the past, perhaps just rotate one kit every second season, similar to what Wimbledon do. Could have a correctly rendered club badge on the home and retro and/or city coat of arms on the away and third. Perhaps even have a charity sponsored away or third shirt, like in association with the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation or St. Oswald's or other local charity.
