But rather he stayed. Poch kicking about on a free would soften this massively, but would much rather he committed here. The new board might have a big deciding to make. They'll need to offer him a new contract this summer, ehich I'm guessing they'd have preferred to see how this new season panned out after a so so one last time. Always felt Staveley & Howe had a good bond, that alone might make him vulnerable especially if new faces without connections are making decisions.
