we looked well short of the level from what I saw today.  
 

I think we are in for a super defensive season.  Arsenal are one of the best teams in the league and needed goals from big lads - which we’ll win 90% of those.

Very rarely go against his plan but I felt he got it wrong today. Second half plan has to be better than that. We're at home.

We still really doing this?  Earlier in the week it was praise for rotating and learning that a European season requires it. Now it's back to "stubborn Eddie, plays his favourites". We used to be a real Forum.

We've lost a game after a bit of a slow start, so of course all the people that have had a hard on for criticizing Eddie in the past are going to jump at the opportunity to do it again.

If we have people hoping we grind out a result or get an undeserved win, that's an indicative of where we are compared to the top few teams in this league and in Europe. 

 

We all know, we have been over punching, its mentioned daily. The squad has improved but we are far from close squad wise to the best teams. Now we have injuries on the upgrade players we bought. We are capable of top 5 but it takes a lot of things going our way. This season we haven't been lucky or made our own luck nearly enough.

 

We can point to some questionable tactics, I am not throwing pelters at Eddie yet. The set piece coach maybe. Fuck we are awful.

For all the talk of Villas terrible start they're level on points with us, albeit we've had tougher fixtures. Our goals scored is terrible as well. Honestly we could really do with thumping Forest next week.

Probably not helped that we haven’t improved the first 11 either. The improved squad depth should help over the course of the season, but the starting 11 hasn’t been improved imo.
