Concerning comment from him with regards new Stadium / Training ground

Trying to get sacked?

Attributing a lack of ambition to the board is the quickest way I usually get fired on FM.

I think he's right. The vast majority of Geordies I know have this attitude to life too. I love it. I think it makes Geordies unique (on the whole).

It’s also what makes us different from surrounding…towns. I’ve known plenty of people who have lived here after growing up elsewhere who have commented on it.

He’ll be long gone before the Saudis do anything of note to the ground. In classic KSA “grand plans rowed back” fashion, we’ll be downgraded from a £3bn super stadium to a jet wash of the heritage stones under the Milburn.

None of us will be around to see the new stadium tbf.

Is this because:

a) it’s going to take numerous decades to build a new stadium

b) the average age of forum posters is similar to the average age of East Stand inhabitants

c) something more sinister

Expansion of the Gallowgate to give SJP a 60k plus capacity will be enough to see the club through for at least a decade.

Howe stating the obvious there’s a strong chance he won’t be here post 2036

Folks talk about this like it’s obvious, when it isn’t even clearly if it is structurally possible - and my educated guess is that it isn’t unless Nexus are happy for NUFC to grout SJ Metro station

Some of those useless bastards playing tonight do look more like tilers than footballers

Can’t wait for the credit in the bank patta, the latest football buzz word. It’s the fuckin predictability that’s annoying me tbh. It’s not good enough, a year of being shite on the road and still haven’t barely played anyone decent away this season

Is he hinting the board is not going to renew his contract whenever that may be.

He’s 4 years into time here. If put in a planning application for a new stadium or training ground tomorrow, we are 4 years, possibly 5 years from them being complete.

Statistically he stands little chance of being here.

It's weird because I rate the players actually.

They are just playing a bit shit and we just seem shit.

I haven't been blaming the players for months, which means someone else is to blame.

Something with the confidence and "vibe" is off.
