Cant see why everyone thinks Bowen is the answer to our striking woes.  Gayle scored more than Bowen in the Championship last season and we are all agreed Gayle isn't  good enough for the Epl.

Bowen isn't a striker

Mourinho has preferred to use Vertonghen and Tanganga there so far. Ben Davies will be back soon too.

Mourinho has also played 3 at the back with wingbacks at times too, and has used Sessegnon at left wing back.

Looking at Danny Rose on loan apparently.

As stop gaps go, he's considerably better than Barreca.

Who else do Spurs have?

Think Davies (injured) and Sessegnon would be two that you would think would be LB/LWB, but not sure if he's been using Vertonghen or maybe even Aurier or that new fella?

Just saying but Gayle played in 39 Champo games last year, 2700 minutes. He may not be PL quality, but he's not a crock. He can do a good job for someone.

It won't be the thinking at the club, but non cup-tied striker would be my #1 priority.

Been scouting Josef Martinez according to Ryder

Wanted him when we got Miggy. Would be great to reconnect them but not sure he would have the same impact here.

Not seen a lot of him but he's the type I'd be going for rather than trying to replace Rondon again.

Play a front 3/4 with a lot of pace, movement and technical ability that can break out and transition on their own vs. just fucking hoofing it.
