'Keep us up inexpensively' appears to be the only meaningful policy in all football operations. Above all it's Premiership experience they look at now, Bruce banged on about a lot. Makes no sense because they are both more in the mould of Hayden and are more suited to the defensive midfielder role. Can you imagine a player coming into the club and having to play under Bruce. Players have been able to watch every PL game this last years so it’s quite easy to see the level of football constantly being played under Bruce. That’s the second big name French player to turn us down, we supposedly had a 35 million bid accepted for Soumare last year, even ASM couldn’t convince him to sign.
