STM
I'll be honest, Brighton was hard to judge, City they were all over us, so again hard to judge. I was at the Bilbao game and he hadn't made an impression on me but against Wolves he was unreal. Finally I got to see what all the fuss is about. It's got nothing to do with his defensive ability, which is very good, it's his passing and intelligence that mark him out as great player.
SUPERTOON
First time watching him live, he was rock solid today.
nemtizz
So casual in everything he does.
Myleftboot
A threat in the box as well.
TRC
So unlucky to not have at least one goal to his name so far.
Tiotes Witch Doctor
Most impressive I've seen him look today, he made it look effortless, he also can ping a perfect 40 yard pass without barely even lifting his foot or head, so nice to have two Cbs who are comfortable on the ball. Even Burn is pretty comfortable too.
huss9
seemed to have got 4 decent CB's we can interchange comfortably like back in rafa's day.
The Prophet
Arguably our best player today.
Guest
He'll get 4-5 goals this season.
Disco
Just now, The Prophet said: Arguably our best player today. Aye, either of the centre backs or Pope would have been my pick. All solid.
McDog
Pope is real nice to have back there. Can't wait to see how guys like Isak and Botman grow. It's not like they are a finished product.
Zero
He proved me wrong. Early days but he looks immense. Pace is his weakness but probably that’s it. His passing ability is even better than most of the CB in EPL. Hell of a signing at 30m.
Geordie Ahmed
He looks quality, still young so going to get better. He pinged some lush cross field passes, it was effortless There were a few runs Isak wanted to make off the last defender and Botman didn't see it, no doubt it's something Howe will work on as I can see Botman ball over the top for Isak to run on to becoming a feature

Guest HTT II
He got beaten for pace once or twice, but we did play a high line. He looks solid, mean and has a great ping of a pass on him.
Myleftboot
You can see why we wanted him so badly. Champions league player.
STM
We've genuinely got one of the best defences in the league. Will look even better when we get our attacking players back, who will put teams to the sword and relieve even more pressure.

jack j
Shite yesterday according to that stat bomb bloke Don't wanna be a footballing dinosaur but shit like this bores the tits off me. It’s not the numbers but their interpretation/use. ‘Patter-peddlars’ (paid and unpaid) often use statistics the way a drunk uses a lamppost: for support not illumination.
