gbandit
Ben Hurst weighing in with the cutting analysis there. Buying foreign players makes you an Everton? What an absolutely pointless profession journalism is for 90% of people involved in it

Conjo
Gundogan - Rodri - De Bruyne Thiago - Fabinho - Keita Kovacevic - Jorginho - Kante Strange how Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea haven't done an Everton.

KaKa
Read an article this morning saying Everton are after £45 million if they sell DCL. Hopefully we steer well clear of that.

The Prophet
It was a really good point on the last page that it could be a £60 million to £100 million budget in terms of FFP. So for example if we paid a fee of £50 million for Paqueta and he signed a five year deal, that'd only be £10 million from this window's budget. That's if you pay in installments across the contract which is likely the case, but some deals don't happen like that. Obviously this comes back at you in later years. Yep, and you have to remember, with amortisation that means it would also be £60m+ off the accounts for each of the coming 5 years before you even sign anyone else.
