It'll either be that or a Doumbia/Ferreyra sort of profile loan deal to stick on the bench in case of emergency.
gbandit
Loan with option to buy I hope. Really like him as a person, got a fantastic attitude and works really hard. Would love him to be a success but don’t think he’s got a future in the premier league
Mike
A title update!
Pilko
Hope it works for him, surely this means we're bringing in a loan or a young striker to replace? Wilson's fitness isn't a given at any stage and suddenly then it's all on Isak.

BottledDog
Not to knock Wood at all, but this sounds a cracking development!

Kid Icarus
A forest that can't see the wood for the trees, bit hypocritical if you ask me.

Kid Icarus
The only thing I ask is that whoever's coming in is also a plan B in the way Wood is, but obviously better. I don't really want to see another striker that has similar attributes to Isak or Wilson.
Mike
Be laughs if he turns into Vardy down there.

Andybiotics
Good luck to him. Got a couple of important goals for us last season and has done the job he was brought in to do. Hopefully it means we have a replacement sorted ASAP though!

Yeah exactly what I think, don't see us bringing in another striker who is like Isak and Wilson at getting in behind. Can't see an unproven youngster just yet either as will be to much pressure if Isak and Wilson get injured. I wouldn't be surprised to see a big, strong hold up striker who's good in the air. Whoever we get.. JUST STICK IT IN THE NET MAN.. Edited January 18, 2023 by Scotty66
Shearergol
Who plays up front for Arsenal if nketiah gets injured now? Do city have anyone after haaland and Alvarez? Do teams actually need 3 strikers?

Smal
You have to say good luck to him, like. He certainly tried his best and gave his all for the shirt. He’ll have known it wasn’t going to be forever as well when he signed. Edited January 18, 2023 by Smal

Edit - so obviously we could be bringing in a goal scoring wide player which would be amazing. Edited January 18, 2023 by Scotty66

I hope we replace him with a goal scoring wide player rather than a 3rd choice striker.
