He seems the type to always play when fit and we have been lucky with his injury record but I think he plays too much. Sliding doors moments and all that but I thought it was notable that when he blocked a ball down the line at 2 down he didn't do his gee up the crowd thing. Looked tired and laborious 2nd half. That is all league games now we have attacked that end in the 1st half. Only against Wimbledon and Chelsea in the Carabao Cup have we attacked the Gallowgate in the 2nd half. Eddie made a big mistake making him captain IMO and needs to take it off him but how that will go down I have no Idea. On present form we would be better selling him for big money which is such a shame. He brings us time on the ball and often plays his way out of trouble. But his mate Paqueta knows he can get caught in possession and was on him in a flash, using his pace to close him down really quickly.
