Tiresias Posted August 7, 2022 Share Posted August 7, 2022 You can't have it both ways you can either stop play everytime a ball brushes a hand no matter how accidentely (and you get situation with players holding arms behind backs etc) or you try and have the refs decide if it was accidental or not which will often be common sense but also often end up in very bad calls.
