They basically print a load of tickets, leave them lying round in schools, pubs etc, and then declare them as handed out.

On march day, they're all counted. Even if people don't turn up. Even if the tickets are still sat on a shelf in a pile, or have been binned.

All because they're so desperate to keep the attendance numbers up. It's pretty pathetic and incredibly small time.

This is exacty what they do. Print a load of tickets and distribute them around schools, colleges and universities and count them as part of the attendance. There's around 26/27k there today but they'll add 10k onto that just by counting the handouts as part of the attendance.

100%.It’s happened regularly since they built the flat pack. The figures cannot be fiddled for cup games, hence their shit real attendance figures. Then the thick twats wonder why they cannot spend big.

True. Their cup attendances are a reflection of their true support as the receipts are shared and therefore numbers can't be fiddled.

I believe last season their lowest cup crowd was circa 3,500 and their highest cup crowd (FA Cup) was 8,600.

Whoever the mackems get drawn at home against for night games and whatever the time of year,Christmas shopping, holidays and shift patterns are rolled out as excuses. The support 12 miles up the road is historically far,far superior, without naming names.

Don't forget "wedding season" as that often impacts their attendance.

Being asked by one of your players not to sing a song due to the racist content, and then to carry on singing it and follow it up with 'we'll sing what we want' pretty much sums a lot of them up.

That moral high ground they occupy is pretty low and dropping by the week

They are the last set of fans who can justify any moral (faux) outrage. They have some of the biggest racist cunts going amongst their following (within their crowd and on that forum).

They should just stick to their weekly made up attendance threads, they obviously take no notice of the large amount of seats clumped together which are empty (mind neither does their football club either - 37,000 ).
