Not sure if its been said but they've had a major ticketing error where anyone could  go on and buy tickets, so theres a good chance some season 'card' holders miss out.

Presumably there will be mass protests, Seyusen Cards thrown away and abject despair at such news!

I wouldn’t worry, their mental gymnastics would find a way to be completely okay with that.

Look for: private citizen, not state owned etc

He won’t be allowed to buy Sunderland. Nothing will be allowed that competes with PIF’s projects. He works a lot with PIF. I very much doubt he’d get involved with English football. We all know that the new stadium will be a multi-events venue, and they absolutely will not allow the guy who gets boxing matches to own a club 14 miles away from us.

Think I'd recognise two Sunderland players if they walked past me, and one of them is because he looks like Jude Bellingham.

That's two more than I'd recognise.

The only reason you'd want them promoted is for the region I.e away fans would get to spend two weekends in Newcastle.

What’s wrong with Keel Square thought Sunderland was on the up ? Still rather hang out in a Newcastle suburb as opposed to that shit hole.

In fairness, probably cheaper and quicker to get hyem from Jesmond/Town at the end of the night, than if they'd gone out in Sunderland.

Without opening the horror show that is the chronicle website. Isn’t this article based off what Simon Jordan said on talksport afew weeks back and the chronic plucking sunderlands name out of thin air?
