Nothing will be allowed that competes with PIF’s projects. He works a lot with PIF. I very much doubt he’d get involved with English football. We all know that the new stadium will be a multi-events venue, and they absolutely will not allow the guy who gets boxing matches to own a club 14 miles away from us.
