It sticks in the craw, but they’ve done really well. Sustaining it will be the obvious challenge. But they’ve pretty much done everything right as a club this season. The cunts. As much as they would be favourites (or close enough) to win the Conferene League, juggling that with league form is still a learning curve. This time last year we were on our way to finishing 5th and they had a Play Off final that they were big underdogs in coming up. Since then, theyve beat Sheff Utd, bought a whole new team beaten us twice, leapfrogged us within a year, likely to be in Europe when we wont be and have money to spend in the summer too apparently. Mental how quick things can change in football, no guarante next season will be majorly different either but we'll see. Depressing.
