City’s passing was crisp, they were quick into the tackle and largely controlled the midfield.  They also created more chances. Kieran Dowell had two good chances to score early on.

Even talking about the first half in isolation, that's just silly

Can count Norwich’s chances on one hand, and that is my 5 fingered hand and not their 7 fingered. Lying, Cousin shagging doylums.

Longstaff plays like the ball is an unexploded bomb. That chance he had which he put in tier 2. He just doesn't seem to have any composure any more

Some have said it’s still on course to hit the moon by Tuesday.

the "do the ameobi" song. my kids had never heard it before and they loved it - yay!

Were there many old songs being sung?

Great if so! Pretty sure that was discussed on here this week wasn’t it?

Heard loads on me dodgy stream 2nd half

Andy Cole/ Robert Lee

Colo

Don't sell cabaye

Shearer

Ameobi

Lovenkrands

sounded as good as in away end I've heard for years tbh.

You could hear them on the stream I was watching. We were guessing which one was gonna be sung next. Lovenkrands, Ameobi, Shearer, Colo, Gutierrez etc

Reminded me how much I loved the Colo song.

Also another reminder of how bland our current songbook is.

Lascelles defensively was very good yesterday, he read danger well, was strong in the air and used his strength to good effect. On the ball, however, he was awful and kept giving it away or playing the wrong ball.

Thinking about the current playoff situation in the Championship, with Forest where they are Lascelles should be a target for them if they go up. Likewise Darlow.
