Just got my confirmation that I will be allowed to attend the NUFC meet and greet in Philadelphia with club legends Shay Given and Shola Ameobi...!

Hi mate, are you based in the US.

Me and my lad are flying out from Newcastle on Sat 22nd for the game.

registered for the meet and greet but obv iously not successful.

I then heard all the tickets had been allocated to US based fans, not sure if that's right or not.

Cant wait for the trip though but up at Ibrox first, next Tues night for game v Rangers.

Based on the US and got accepted to Philly too. Not sure I'm actually going to go but think I only got one ticket? Honestly not sure how it works

Yeah they only asked for registering of interest and that you only needed to do it once, not for everyone. And now they say I can attend, but make no comment about whether I can bring anyone with me. Not ideal.

FWIW Cavanaughs is not large, so I would be prepared to get sardined if you go.

£10 for a friendly against non league opposition is mad like.

I'd still be complaining at £3 [emoji38] but they'd surely make a lot more profit charging that amount and far more purchases than they would the tenner.

Aye, I'm not paying £10 for that like, would have maybe paid a fiver for it mind.

Aye least the money is going to Gateshead who probably needs it badly.

Don't mind paying especially when it's to help out a non-league team but fucking hell, a tenner is a bit much like

Think they've over-pitched it, reckon at £4.99 they'd sell plenty more.
