It's a good sign that the performance far outstrips the line up like. The quality of football from us is still really good.

Yes, absolutely. This is what so many people continue to overlook when they say we won't make any waves this season unless we get in so and so.

Every single player is likely to take another step forward in improvements with a full pre season now for the first time under Howe.

This bunch have looked fantastic and we are missing our 4 best players in Wilson, Bruno, Joe and ASM.

It seems like the only person that should be lumped in with the Fraser, Almiron, Murphy group that gets criticism is Murphy tbh. Fraser and Almiron have been on a much higher level than Murphy in pre-season

This is remarkable like. He’s drilling the team so we are no longer dependent on a “bit of magic”TM

It's what we always dreamed of. A coach who could actually coach players and implement real tactics.

Aye this should probably be Murphy's last game like.

This has probably be repeated plenty of times.

Yep. Loving how we are playing with the same shape and tempo regardless of the line up.

This is why I'm so relaxed about our recruitment, we're just a quality attacking player or 2 away from being able to convert some of our stray creative passing into serious chances, the rest of the foundations looks set.
