Thats the thing though, as someone else said he doesn’t want to put his own money in, but he’ll have access to better loans than Man Utd. The Glazers won’t want to dilute, so basically he’ll be able to loan money, and loan that to Man Utd. They’ve now absolutely fucked that, and because they don’t even want to dilute shares, and because it isn’t allowed to PSR, they have fucked themselves out of any ability to invest money.

Ah I wasn't aware that he wasn't putting any more money in.  Did do a quick search but couldn't find anything about it.

 

The Glazer's must have diluted upon his initial $200m investment so would expect them to be open to discussions around it.

 

However, if they keep just spunking the investment up the wall, diluting the Glazer's holding whilst the market cap doesn't show any improvement then I'd imagine they'd put an end to it sooner or later either way

Honestly mate, I think both positions are likely to be true - Radcliffe is a basket case, and Ashworth is simply a competent (and over-glorified) administrator

Feels like a bit of medieval court politics. If King Jim hires 5 different guys in various DOF roles he’ll always find one to agree with him and another to scapegoat.  And he can dress the decision he was going to make anyway as being carefully considered.
