Few days before the game I got a call from the ticket office asking if I wanted a ticket and turned it down. Reasons given by the box office after waiting an hour for them to pick up the phone: You've got too many Friends & Family linked accounts (I had 10) You've tried to pay with a debit card when you've previously bought tickets with a credit card No reason at all, you've just had your account blocked I quite like that they've black balled me. I didn’t get one in the pot 6 ballot but then they randomly put some up “for sale” of £0 on the website. I bought one on the off chance it would work and then I got a really apologetic call off the box office a day later saying they’d made a mistake and I didn’t actually have a cup final ticket. A few days later I got a call offering me a return, and always wondered if it was linked that they fucked up on the first one so they were trying to make it up.
