I think they'd be mostly for it but I'm basing that on God knows what. Even if the average fan would still prefer to sit I can't fathom why you wouldn't want a safe standing area at your club. Obviously the incident had enormous ramifications in terms of how live football is viewed, but I think an appropriate length of time has passed to start disassociating the tragedy with future football. I don't think being banned at all makes any sense tbh. The club should decide if they want to do anything. In all seriousness if he's going for that job, earning his stripes and learning the ropes then all respect to him.
