He has his own sources, he's actually friends with Watfords owners for example. A lot of the time he won't be the first to report transfers but a lot of times he is the first. And even when he isn't the first his confirmation is so well respected that it's become what most fans look for as confirmation of a transfer, over a lot of sports journalists. (Edit…I stand corrected on that… yes he is technically a journalist and has been for a while) If you can point me in the direction of any/many stories he’s actually broken though, please feel free, because I follow him and all I see is the same stuff regurgitated after other more legitimate sources have broken something. What he is VERY good at, though, is creating a brand around himself and a sense of legitimacy when the substance of what he is saying is usually already common knowledge. Perhaps we see him as the most advanced of our midfield three with Bruno and Joe behind him?
