It would be a really rare occurrence for Romano to post a ‘here we go’ if the deal wasn’t essentially done barring something unforeseen. Just have to look at the delay in the club saying anything on Botman for days whilst clearance was sought. They eventually had to say something to calm the panic brigade. There's nuance to this and I think you know that. One thing's for sure now though, Romano's either full of shit OR he's a tap-in merchant, but he's definitely not both.
