I’d imagine he’s fully aware of the Isak stuff. If a material “offer” or whatever the fuck you call what Liverpool have done comes in, you most certainly tell your Chairman about it. Further, it’s all over the sport press in football. 

 

And as many articles have stated in the end of season months ago, Isak is Yasir’s favorite player at the club, and has instructed the club to not listen to any offers for him.

We may not be a high profile financial investment for PIF, but from everything I've seen, Yasir has a high level of emotional invested in NUFC and would want to know what big things are going on at the club

Agreed but if they right royally piss the chairman of PIF off surely that could create an issue? The KSA World Cup is still 8 years away after next year, waiting another year for Salah to get him free wouldn’t kill them.
