Shame he's dug his heels in on Liverpool.

If he just wanted out, I see a world where we're after money + a player from teams on the continent (for e.g. Ramos / Kolo Muani and funds). Obviously not the ideal outcome but in our current situation at least we'd have options.

Now we're stuck haggling for 6th choice strikers or keeping a mope around for another year unless by some miracle he can act professional and still perform (though everything I've seen so far is to the contrary).

Also what the fuck is taking so long with Sesko?

A fiver says that if he signs for Liverpool, when we play them at home there’ll be some wazzuck in the stands holding his bairn in the air with “Isak can I please have your shirt” written in felt tip on a piece of cardboard box

Surprised there's not been any leaks yet. Not sure if that's good or bad.

New deal signed. £250k a week. Clause for clubs outside the prem. Won't be allowed to join Liverpool direct after their behaviour and his agent has been sacked.

We’re not paying him more lads

Even if he wanted it, I wouldn't pay him it. He leaves when its convenient to us, and for a fee we deem worthy. If not, he's here for 3 more years.

Just now, Ben said:

I don't think Eddie will let hom leave before the Liverpool game

Just keep him in the training ground for a few weeks? Might be something against that in modern slavery act.

Isak won’t be leaving because Liverpool won’t pay enough. Also, they are a bit too late.

Would actually be funny if we string them along into selling players and then pull out last minute.

I'd be happy with him in the reserves for the next 3 years tbh, after the debacle of this window I don't see us competing for the CL spots on any consistent basis, maybe in 5-6 years when we've figured out we need to sign potential that top clubs wont beat us to. Besides which Gordon will put himself in the shop window this year, he can be a 100mil player especially without a competent striker, lad could hit 15 goals easy.

This whole thing will send you mental if you let it. Ornstein's just been saying "Isak made it clear at the start of this season that this would be he last and certainly it appears that his chapter at Newcastle is closed"

3 years on his contract.

Romano "Isak still insisting on moving to LFC"

3. Years. On. His. Fucking. Contract

If the reports are true he's moved out of his house so he might appreciate a roof over his head
