In a few years time, we probably wont feel too aggrieved by this. Time is a great healer.

If he sends the fans a goodbye message it will go a long way to me feeling better about the whole thing. We should really look to the powers at be at our club for allowing this to happen in the first place - we should have never said no to a new contract.

He was loved here and did many great things for us, im trying not to see this stand off with the club as the memory id like to keep. I dont think he despises us or his team mates but im sure it'll all come out eventually.

I dont wish him ill well but of course, I hope he doesnt play half as well for them as he did for us. But im deffo smoking some shit to be thinking like that.

I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for a goodbye message.

I wouldn’t want one, anyway. It would be meaningless, hollow as fuck and insincere. So what’s the point in pretending.

I know footballers are all mercenaries up to a point and probably don’t give as much of a fuck about the fans as they make out. But at the same time. So many of this squad just get it and I feel like any message would be genuine and heartfelt from the vast majority, when they end up moving on.

Isak’s actions just show he doesn’t give a solitary fuck about the club, the fans or the area in general.

He’s a Scumbag. Simple as that.

Scouse media in full flow.

Ian Herbert, He began his career in Liverpool in 1989, where he was both a news and football reporter, and became deputy editor of Liverpool Daily Post before leaving in 1999 for The Independent, where he worked in news and sports journalism for 18 years.

Him pretending to have respect for the manager and his teammates would be a bit gross.

Can we all agree not to post the Isak/liverpool media love in wankfest over the next week or so?

‘Our football.’

I happened to know lots of Liverpool fans during the Suarez/Evra thing and was a bit shocked that for all their so called credentials, they were quite happy to embrace what was blatant racism. It’s sickening. They did it as a club too, t-shirts and what have you, but you may have hoped that their pretend socialist support would be on hand to call out and decry blatant racism. They weren’t. They’re utter, utter cunts. WSC ran a piece at the time where they interviewed non-white Liverpool fans who felt attacked and isolated. Suarez is still a legend there.
