it stings just now but if that is even remotely true we are better off with him gone

All the signs were there like. Pulling out of matches, endless scuffed shots, playing within himself.

All a lot easier to realise in the context of who we now know he is.

Unlucky daft cunt, we still got CL without you

Fucking hurts this like, cant deny that.

But he's a right disingenuous, sly little rat this one.

The bigging up the fans, the worth the wait line and the number nine shirt...

Spiteful, selfish little child. What an absolute ungrateful classless little cretin he turned out to be.

At most games last season I would turn to my mate and say, he's not even trying. Rumour was, he was 'playing through injury'...

He's a bad egg and we're better off without the poison - even if it fucking hurts right now.

What goes around comes around - easily the most hated player in our history for what how he did this...

He got us the Carabao cup, so can't hate him too much ultimately.  Don't know what happened behind the scenes or what was said.

Mitchell fucking off ASAP suggests he knew something crazy was about to happen, maybe he's implicated.

Pissed off that it's to Liverpool and not some Saudi club.

What are you on about. He wasn't even playing in the final. Murphy scored the first remember...

Think that Caulkin article pretty damning on PIF.

We should stayed strong and got 150m. The money was there, Liverpool could have paid it and he's certainly worth it.

It's still a capitulation. It's still weakness from the club. I thought I'd be less angry now we've got Wissa but I'm not, I still think they've allowed Liverpool to bully them. Allowing them to deliberately destabilise us and then pay just 125m really is pathetic.

Pretty perfectly put. Interesting that Howe and Reuben held firm and that it was PIF who folded. I have a feeling Liverpool knew that would be the case.

Didn’t like reading that at all. I had thought that Howe had probably got to the point where he thought it wasn’t salvageable.

That read like we didn’t know how to handle being bullied by a bigger dog and we did everything they expected.

Played out the exact way Liverpool and Isak wanted.

Least we could've done is made him sit in the reserves for a few months.

Never thought the Saudi's were good businessmen, but hoped their ego and arrogance wouldn't allowed them to be made to look like a bunch of right fucking mugs by these scouse cunts.

No other way to spin this.

Theres no guarantee it will work out for Isak at Liverpool..Murphy had a great understanding with Isak, the amount of assists he had for Isak.

Ekitike will be looking out for himself..Salah seems to be on the wane

Yupp, many examples of that. Andy Carroll, Fernando Torres, etc.

not a patch on Shearer

Longevity is a skill as well. Isak’s had essentially a one-season peak at this point, and he’s got a long way to go before he can prove that he can be as consistently good as Shearer was for anything remotely close to as long.

He scored at a better rate than Shearer. HBA doesn’t deserve to be mentioned in the same breath.

Are you seriously suggesting he was better than Shearer?

His stats are about the same as Ferdinand's and not as good as Cole.
