Delap would be a great understudy to Isak - though gotta wonder where that would leave Osula

Chaos ball sub. Think Eddie sees him more RW.

Yeah watching back some of his performances earlier in the season compared to any of his games after missing that Liverpool league game and you can see the contrast. His athleticism and agility were different levels.

As much as the rest of the media have jumped in the Isak train this year, I still think he's actually underrated. Because his numbers aren't matching his ability.

Like last year he is playing many times hurt/fatigued and it's affecting his level of impact.

If we can get suitable backup and be able to rest him correctly when required and not play him when he's clearly only about 30% fit, then his numbers are going closer to Salah and Haaland levels.

Started 34 league games this season I think.

And managed that by playing through injury in two periods of the season where he was really ineffective and contributed nearly nothing. Reckon he'd start 27-28 games if he only played when fit, but its impossible to know exactly how many games it was.

Clearly hasn’t been fit the last month or two though…

But then you can counter that with being our only striker and never getting a break. All relative. Let’s see how his ‘injuries’ are once we have someone to rotate him with.

He's been fit for about 15 league games all season , we desperately need a half decent backup who can at least do the bare minimum when he can hardly move , it won't be easy finding someone that can do that though .

Exactly  If he can be managed/rotated so he is available ~70-75% of the season without playing with minor injuries that affect his performance, I think he'll be extremely scary too.

What does tifo mean?

The term is derived from Italian tifoso, meaning "typhus patient," referring to the "fevered" behaviour of the most dedicated fans.

Just Googled it as I've always wondered that and apparently:

I guess that's also where the term tifosi comes from being the masculine of tifoso?

Generally it's:

A choreographed display in which fans in a sports stadium raise a large banner together or simultaneously hold up signs that together form a large image.

We should have been brining Osula on when we were more than 1 up in games to close games out with his energy.  When you are winning, energy in the final third is great as it puts the opponents on the back foot even if Osula is nowhere near as clinical as Isak.
