Like the Sancho thing. He's on £350k p/w apparently. Be very lucky if someone wants to pay him half. Are Man Utd wiling to take the L on him like that? Let's say £35m fee minus £15m in wages. I can see Juve type club doing that at best. I don't see a PL club that would take him for proper money.

It’s the same hole they have been digging for years, overpay and add to their already massively inflated wage bill for players that always seem to flop. The same reason they couldn’t shift Maguire to West Ham will be the same reason that Sancho won’t leave without a big pay off or a chunk of his wage paid still being paid by Man United.

Their recruitment process has been broken for years, they bring these (most of the time over rated or not suited to their style and/or the PL) young players into a toxic environment and those players fail.

How is Bruno F never injured, don’t think he’s missed an single game since he signed for them. Crazy. They’ve got very lucky in that respect.

For someone that gets every bone in his body broken every 4 days or so it is pretty amazing mind.

Just watching the Man U highlights. What a cracking first goal from Hojlund. Really wish we’d gone all out for him, although he’d presumably have chosen Man U anyway.

Zaha goal just went in and was hilarious.

What an amazing game . Fantastic performance by Hojlund criminally wasted. Absolutely hilarious.

Fingers crossed a big club come in for him soon. Deserves to make the step up.

Have the rules of interfering with play changed again?

Don’t know. Watching the game too. Was thinking no fucking chance can that be a goal. He wouldn’t need to slide if the AM player wasn’t offside.

A shame both Brighton and West Ham are on at the same time (now) as both matches look like proper ties. West Ham seem to have gone pretty strong against Freiburg, most of the key players seem to be starting, yet they are still slight underdogs.

Edit - they were underdogs about 30 mins ago, but are now slight faves, but either way, it's a close match on paper.

Is it wrong to say hopefully they get the odd slight niggle ahead of Sunday.
