Man Utd needing to to go full strength against these. Feels bit harsh, could have given them abit of a chance atleast ?

I guess the chairman and fans view would differ, but if Newport got a pen with the last kick of the game, would it be better for them generally to score or blaze it over (and no time for anything else)?

Pretty self explanatory and not rocket science. Would Newport rather win on the day get a huge scalp and play Forest or Blackpool away in the next round and probably go out, or would they rather have a replay in front of 70,000+ at an iconic ground, and likely another match on TV and be set financially for years. Which is generally better for the club?

They get an away tie to either a Premier League club or a Championship club.

They also get the winners fee from the FA, and would likely have a few sponsors lining up to sponsor them after their famous victory.

True, but still don't think that would be as much financially as a replay at Old Trafford. An away match at Forest clearly isn't in the same league as away at Man Utd money or prestige wise.
