Doesn't mean anything at this stage really. Seen it look that way and end up not that way countless times. Us in the championship under Rafa being an immediate example.

That Norwich game. In the 92nd minute we were 11 points behind them, come the 95th minute we were 5 points behind them, and within 2 weeks we were well clear of them.

It’s not corruption though, because Everton were time wasting despite chasing a goal and getting a yellow card for trying to take a quick freekick.
