If the footy was like this for a whole season supporting one of these teams you'd have a permanent crick in your neck. The ball has barely touched the deck.

I don't know how much nerves are playing into this but it's been agricultural stuff

Man City Vs Chelsea couldn't be a more soulless affair for the neutral. Id be surprised if anyone who doesn't supports those two clubs gives one fuck about it.

I'll be watching like. Love the FA Cup final. Not bothered who's playing it's just a tradition I suppose. Pop and crisps. Or maybe beer.

For context, Hearts' wage bill is the same as a League 1 team in England

Isn’t it more like the Championship? Like, their wage bill is about £19M and that’s the average in the Championship. I thought League One was more like 5-10M with the odd exception.

Can’t even bring myself to do that any more. It just makes me feel sad.

The SPFL is quite diverse in terms of teams resources. Some of the smaller clubs can only afford free agents from L2/NL clubs. The guy who scored the winner for St.Mirren in the League Cup final came from Havant and Waterlooville, meanwhile Celtic have Tierney, Ihenacho, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Schmeichel on the books who probably get north of 40k a week

Yeah was just responding to Triggs who thought their wage bill was League One level. I think it’s more mid-Championship, which makes sense to me tbh.

Any notion that Hearts would wilt under the pressure/atmosphere has been put to bed, really good showing from them so far
