Seen some people think Chelsea can get up there, but looking at their team is not that special. A lot of depth, but not an amazing team.

I think with a better coach and an actual effective game plan, they could be challengers. But Maresca is not at that level IMO

Aye cheers, found it now. Guessing this is a new thing this season ?

The new 3 year TV deal kicks in this season, so all Sunday games will now be live on SkySports.

Think they are some off in defence and attack compared to the others.

It’s a 4 year deal this time around, however they are paying the same as they are paying less per season with more games included.

Eddie Howe takes that Chelsea team to a title challenge imo. The depth is crazy.

Eddie Howe wins the treble with that kind of team and budget.

About 20 years ago I was with my dad whilst he worked, he drives a wagon. Anyway we went to Wrexham, and even then as a teenager I could see that the area had deprivation.

For the people of the town, and the supporters who were there during the hard times I’m pleased for them. It is about time they had something to cheer about, and hopefully their fame results in the town itself getting some investment outside of the football club.

I think everyone initially thought that the story would go wrong with a bunch of Hollywood guys buying a club, and thinking it was nothing more than a PR and/or vanity project. Their owners have actually been some of the best owners in football though, and you can tell that they have fully embraced it. Although they did know about promotion and relegation, the whole point of buying a club was to get them promoted through the leagues.

On the other hand though, so far everything has went right for them, I know they missed out on promotion in the first season, but since then it has been 3 promotions in a row. What happens when they hit that buffer, which will likely be this season? What happens if in a few years they are no closer to getting into the Premier League, or have been relegated back into League One and can’t seem to establish themselves any higher?

What happens if they do make it to the Premier League? The demands placed upon them to even have a chance will be much more than what they have put in so far.

Will they still enjoy it when they have hit the glass ceiling and they are no longer winning every week?

If they do make it to the Premier League will they cash in, presumably to a consortium who just want to run the club as merchandise venture and not focus on the team itself?

So far I think everyone is saying that it’s good as it stands, but have the knowledge to await their reaction when they do hit the buffers.

I think R n R will give 3 or 4 seasons of trying before they sell the club. They'll leave them in good hands though as they really do care about the club and the city.
