I’ve said it since day one, but the idea of a manager "having only one way of playing" which needs a certain type of player and then either being too stubborn or too fucking lazy to adapt it to suit the players in your squad; is truly one of the most audacious grifts I’ve ever heard of.

 

Not to mention even if he got his ideal players for his system, how long would it take most good PL teams to develop an effective counter?
