Our game there in a couple of weeks could be one of the biggest shit offs ever.

On a run of 8 away games unbeaten that I go to, winning 7. If the run ends against this lot I’ll be underneath the tube train at Seven Sisters at 10:09pm.

I know they finished 17th last season but the bottom 3 were so pathetic they were never in a relegation battle. This season though, West Ham have shown the last few games they have some life and wins in them. Could they go this time?

I was thinking this, them and Arsenal actually got worse after moving into their new stadiums retrospectively.

Think that's the case with most teams, seldom lead to a new dawn rather many (Stoke, Boro, Southampton, Bolton, Millwall, Leiester) got relegated within a few seasons, Mackems and Derby had four-five years of not behing shit before being as bad as ever.

It isn’t out of the question like, which is crazy. Sadly think it’ll be Leeds now.

Villa were pretty toss really.

Like every week then unless they fluke a long range goal out of nowhere. Cannot stand how fucking spawny they've been this season

Makes absolutely no fucking sense

They had relatively favourable fixtures. Played 4 of the bottom 6.

You reckon there’s any chance he gets sacked soon or will they ride it out until the end of the season? Will fan malaise allow the latter?

I don’t think you can ride it out at this point. That was obviously the plan for a while, but with West Ham showing some life I think it’s no longer an option.

Again, I’m not entirely without sympathy because we’ve got Maddison, Kulusevski, Bentancur, Davies, Bergvall, Richarlison, Danso, Porro, Spence, Kudus and Van De Ven out, most for a while. Dragusin is just coming back after about a year out and shouldn’t be starting, and Odobert is injured and wouldn’t be on the bench if we had anybody else. It’s not really salvageable.

It’s an awkward situation all round. You would in theory want to get a couple of players in now, but we’re only allowed three changes to the CL squad IIRC and you ideally don’t want to get anyone in just as a body because then you’re stuck with them and in theory some of these players will come back at some time this decade. It’s January so there aren’t really a lot of players available, and there also aren’t many good caretaker managers…because again, you ideally want to wait until the end of the season to get a replacement. We are fully expecting them to want to get Poch back.

There’s a feeling that we have this

tough run of games right now and maybe they are waiting to get through that.

Nah, it absolutely does. The Premier League is miles ahead of every other league in depth, we had the most favourable fixtures of every team and we actually played well in patches. We were down to one senior player on the bench in Frankfurt (Solanke) and then three players got injured in that game. This is the barest bones today.
