I'm trying to remember a noteworthy footballer from the 80s or the 90s (I think, might have been later) who was bald with a dodgy combover, and who I think played for an eastern european country that might not even exist any more, like Czechoslovakia or Bulgaria or somewhere like that.  Can't remember if he was that good, or if he ever played in England.  Just that he had a terrible combover and I think a Slavic name.  Help iz
