Anthony Gordon (now playing for FC Barcelona)

Let's just get this done and him out of the way quickly once the season is over.

Concentrate with more clarity on what our team needs to be next season.

It's shit but it's the way we need to operate if we can't twist the players hand in discussions.

We need it to be open and honest then be ready to deal with an upper hand where we can because that isak situation cannot happen again.

Obviously the above situation may have been nufc, and we just wouldn't take no for an answer and eventually it got played out in public making it an absolute clip in the end.

If bayern don't go to our asking price do you think he will do an isak?

Naa. He's a prick, not a cunt.

We're not asking daft money, just his value. £75m is absolutelty fine in todays market, and if Bayern can't afford it, someone else will.

Maybe not Isak levels yet but he’s definitely bailed out once  the CL campaign was over. Our best winger by a distance, but big question marks over his mentality and temperament.

Would rather see the Korean lad get a cameo today than see this selfish prick get any minutes.

The conspiracy of him putting in more work against the best teams or in CL than the rest of the games is getting more real by the minute.

I have a small but unrealistic hope that we can get in a more exciting winger this summer. It gets boring watching us play with wingers like Barnes, Gordon, and Elanga. With Eddie in charge I guess that's something we just have to accept as it suits his style the best, but it isn't all that exciting to watch them struggle to beat a man. The same goes for the Burn over Hall at fullback stuff. It might work for his style, but my god, it's so boring to watch. I get that his job is to win, and everyone will be happy when we win, but if we still lose with this kind of lineup then fans get more annoyed and uninspired when there are also no excitement to any of our attacking play.

Think he should have been allowed a few minutes at the end.

Obviously wants to leave and it’s about sending a message to other players but pretty sure Trippier wanted out on multiple occasions.

We need to sell a player and if one has to go it'd rather be him than Tonali so why risk it

Anyone in the ground want to give us a body language update.

He spent the lap of appreciation near the halfway line kicking a ball with a couple of kids. For the group photo in front of the Gallowgate he was the last person (not just player) on the outside of the group, he had to be squeezed in to even be in frame. When the ground was almost empty he clapped those who were left and got a few choruses of One Anthony Gordon.

He also spent a bit time with Tino and Willock - give Tino a piggy back at one point. He’s away, wouldn’t be surprised if the other 2 are as well.

He is probably on his way out yes. He’s been a consistently good player for us overall, but I do think he rates himself slightly higher than he actually is. Personally, he’s never really given me that same excitement down the left that David Ginola or Laurent Robert did back in the day. Not even close.

And ultimately, if he does leave for FC Bayern, we can’t really complain. They’re several levels above us.

Agree on most of this but he absolutely, categorically has not been a consistently good player for us overall. He's had good moments and bad. He's been effective and ineffective.
