Basically smashing the Swedish rat in the face with a kettlebell and pissing on his shattered body.

Very much a marker from the club, wonder if it brings Tonali’s shitbag agent into line a bit.

He's doing that Joey Barton thing where he does that stupid accent while talking English.

But I must say I'm impressed with his speaking considering the pressure.

To be honest I do the same thing pal, even just conversing with the natives here in the land of the free. Avoids the constant awkwardness of excuse me? Can you repeat? Etc

Random point but it feels good all parties being so positive about it. Good send off message from Gordon, good fee for us even though he’s a significant player. business was done efficiently. A win for all parties. Good luck to the lad I hope he has a great World Cup and career over there.

Good luck to him. He’s been a vital part of our last few years. Wish him nothing but the best.

good and refreshing to hear him mention us in a very positive way in the press conference too.  Some players don’t mention the ex club as positively as that. Comes across the right kind of character.

Good luck la, one trick pony with very questionable end product might not go down too well there. His pressing is going to have be off the scale. So is his diving and rolling around.

Genuinely wish him well, I do fear they may end up viewing him as we do Elanga.

I think after last summer and the Isak saga, maybe there was a conceous effort to show its an exception for players to leave here on bad terms.

I always wondered if we had made moves to ingratiate ourselves with the Barca higher ups with the three CL games. Always seemed random that they stayed at Maften Hall. Wonder if we might do business with them more regularly.

His pressing is off the scale TBF, we didn't match it with anyone else this season. Be interesting to see him in a different system/style and whether we limited him or he is very limited in skills.

Best of luck to him, good servant to the club. Unliked by quite a few fans which I find bizarre.

I actually think he'll do well in La Liga, think him being direct will cause problems for teams.

They will have to pull it out the bag with new signings and Howe will need to sort his shit out because we have lost our 2 best attacking players and were fucking terrible last season. If we fuck up again Tonali, Bruno, Hall will all be away

Don’t know if someone had already mentioned it but Keith Downie has now said a few times that their understanding is that the £69.3m fee includes the add ons which have been quoted as being £10m.
