I think the appetite is there but the reality of creating another section big enough would be met with people who aren’t happy about having to move or get involved to facilitate it.

Im a big lad and had to sit for 90 minutes the last two games and it isn’t a comfortable experience at all. Not arsed as it’s part and parcel of football, but would much rather be stood.

I disagree like, I feel like more people would rather stand. I know I'd rather stand and is rather sing, but there's no chance of me doing that unless others around me are doing it.

I feel like there's plenty of people in the same boat, that would stand if given the choice. I don't have anything to back this up with though and maybe I'm misreading the general appetite for it.

Have a deeks round the ground when the game is on and you'll notice that loads of people who are either at the back of a block, or back of a stand will choose to stand up rather than sit.

I hate sitting down at the match, so if I can't get in The Corner I'll always pick a seat at the back of a block if I can, because I can stand without anyone complaining and usually there's also others around me standing up.

Back of block, last seat in the row is chefs kiss.

Big as in tall or fat or both? How tall and fat are we talking?

I'm 6ft and average build but I find stadium seating incredibly uncomfortable, so if you're 6'5 I dunno how you cope.

Was expecting the crowd to do its usual of applauding the minute silence, they couldn’t even do that

Really frustrated me tonight tbh the remembrance stuff. Felt like we'd let Veterans down a bit personally. Mad for some (I know) just seemed pretty piss poor.

I don’t think it was intentional, think people just hadn’t been paying attention to the announcement, which is on them. Not a great look but clearly the Communications needed more work

In the corner again last night and as usual rarely did the singing stop, was down the front for a change so I had a perfect view of the adjacent blocks.

The people in the East Stand borderlands were also stood up singing. The people in the Gallowgate main stand borderlands were also stood up singing.

You can see some further away from the corner sitting down and trying to get involved, but it just isn't the same. They're stifled.

JUST GIVE US THOUSANDS MORE RAILS. IT'LL BE MINT.

When did the last post start getting played on the remembrance day silences? Sure it was just a minutes silence when I started going to the match.

Probably need to revert back to that cos of the thick cunts in our support

I just don't think most people know that the silence is meant to start after the last post. It's human nature to respond when the music stops.

I suppose the last post before silence is technically correct, but at football is might be better to have the silence first and end with the music.

Was in the SWC, back row. Great atmosphere and what was brilliant was the variety. New and old. Kudos to getting the Schar - Buggles one going just before he scored.

Got to say I didn't notice  The bugle seemed to go on for a long time with everyone in silence for it to be a preamble to silence. I thought the degree of silence was quite impressive, normally you can hear some people on the concourses but I didn't.

The whole thing makes me uncomfortable now that it's been co-opted and confused anyway. I will happily stand in silence and remember those that went to fight fascism in WW2 and tragically sent to die in WW1. But last night the PA said something like "we pay tribute to our armed forces", which I am not happy to do and is not the purpose of remembrance. (So I stood in silence but I did not do the big round of applause that went around when he said that). Prob don't want to turn this thread into a big discussion on this though

On another note, agree w Bobby. Was also in the corner and so much better.

It seems to be sufficient around plenty other grounds like. I'm not sure what else the club can do...
