Well, this isn't good news at all. What is it with footballers and betting? You'd think they earned enough cash as it is!

Fundamentally I think it's just the temptation to exploit a system if you have the ability to do it. Even if you're very rich.

Is it not just that they’re bored as fuck and rich? Gambling gives an immediate dopamine response. Think some footballers just want to feel something then get addicted

Yeah gambling doesn't really have anything to do with how much money you have.

Sandro Tonali

Drinks Moretti

Eats Spaghetti

Likes a (fcuking) Bet’y

(Finally got rid of that awful original last line I absolutely loath. Was in the stars 🤩)

Are the only two pulled up on this the two young starlets that left Serie A for the Premier League?

There was also a Juventus midfielder which came out yesterday.

Similar age, would've played with these two throughout all the youth teams.

Can’t really participate in other vices apart from being a top shagger either.

You don't get sanctioned as a top shagger. Might be a better route to go. I'll look into that in my next life.

It's ridiculous the hate for Tonali.

I remember even Trippier had his own betting issues in Atletico and since then he's become the ultimate professional. I hope we afford Tonali the same patience.

Tonali hasn't been Bruno and that's how it's seen.

And yet Howe saw enough to play him from the off as he didn’t Bruno.

The whole discourse around him has been extremely weird, both from our fans and outside, since he signed tbh.

I've said a few times I think had Longstaff been fit then Tonali wouldn't have started, he'd have been eased in...Bruno'd in other words.

Aye fair comment. I’m retrospect having an absolute blinder on his debut when a 7/10 would’ve done probably hasn’t helped manage expectations either.
