Sandro Tonali

It was a lovely interview and he does seem like a very sweet guy.

But fuck man the production is bad. So many cuts, I guess to get around Sandro's English?

Then you have some random agent/producer/whoever getting a toe in the shot.

On top of that, the room could not look more depressing. I dunno. Get your shit together, Sky.

Ya, we did some random Isak and Gordon interview in there too on Sky.

Time to start.

Will do next game. Longy had his chances, as is only right as he has earned them. Wouldn't be surprised to see Joelinton or even Bruno benched as well. Willock has to start (if he has the legs).

At what point does he start to question his future here under Howe?

Oct 26 2023 when the club decided to stick behind him

Not starting him

We can't rush an Italy international who has a year of Howe's training methods under his belt and appears to be at peak fitness into it man. Got to ease him in 😉

I don't understand how he gets to play 90 mins twice in a week for Italy, gets MOTM, then he's not getting in our side. Is he just not suited for the way we play? Which has been shite for the most part this season btw despite the results.

Aye. He should have started!

I also thought Howe went like for like and that back fired. Playing our usual 3 in a similar vein would have stifled Fulham a bit and they'd have had less going forward. We'd have had the quality to control midfield but instead we were over run.

He’s more or less our only in form and 100% fit midfielder at the moment. None of our CM have been particularly good. No matter how I try to angle it then Tonali should have started. Just can’t see past it. Very poor decision imo. Unless there was something we didn’t know, but I doubt it fitness wise since he came on.

Right now I would look for a new CM in January and pair him with Bruno and Tonali. We need three people who can retain the ball.

If cloggers like Harrison Reid can pass the ball to their teammates, we should be able to get someone.
