You'd be very surprised Robert, there's fans from all around the world on this forum. I recall a Polish fan hyping Lewa when he was still at Poland before he went Dortmund. Chances are someone knows their thing about the Ukranian league on here like.

We even had someone watching Georgian football

Watching Georgian football, nee way, I’m not having that

However, I will accept that there’s a few posters on here old enough to have been watching Edwardian football

At this point, I’d happily take Dessers from Rangers if he was attainable around £10m mark. He’s old, but would be a short term plug. Has a tidy finish to him (big game player) but his link up play looked good in Europe last season for Rangers.

I’ve a feeling the dominoes will fall next week. Jackson will go to Villa, Watkins will come here, Isak will go to Liverpool and Wissa will come late on

Yeah I definitely think the whole window will heat up as it gets closer to the deadline. I just hope that when the musical chairs stop, we have at least one striker in

Hes absolutely woeful, man.

Would much rather bring in grandpa Vardy over someone like him.

He led the league in "Big Chances Missed" with 27 in Scotland. I know we are desperate but Christ Almighty Cyriel fuckin Dessers 😂

Imagine when the music stops and we are the ones left standing without a chair. Doesn't bear thinking about lol.

Wont be the first time, if we even had a Wilson replacement I’d be happy to go with what we have ,as Isak saga apart, we’ve kept our really good players and raised the floor of the squad.

In isolation we've done some good work this summer tbh. Getting in Ramsdale, Elanga, Ramsey and Thiaw certainly makes the squad a lot stronger.
But it has to be seen as a colossal failure if we don't at least replace Wilson regardless of Isak's/Liverpool's antics. We've had so much time to do that even before this saga began.

From my perspective there are no guarantees that Isak will be in the right mood/headspace to even contribute for a long time (or at all) if he's staying either.

So to go into a season on the back of CL qualification and a cup win with ZERO strikers ready (or willing) to contribute would be absolutely awful.

It feels like we've loaded up FM with the English only database.

Half understand the approach PSR wise, but when players like Kalimuendo are going for under £30m, surely they would do as a Wilson replacement at least.

We'll see how we do but the fact that we could have got Kalimuendo and Guessand for the prices we're being quoted for Larsen, Jackson, Wissa etc is frustrating.

We could have got both and said "Right, one of you is the Isak replacement, the other is the Wilson replacement, go and show us which one you are..."

Heard so much about these two names. Actually looking forward to seeing them in action.

We've let a lot of good striker prospects get snapped up for good amounts that could of came in and benefitted us without breaking the bank.

while we've been umming and ahhing over wissa Jackson and larsen.

kolo muani is available his transfer to juve has stalled.

Have a chat with Park and see if Lee Ho-jae fancies a challenge.

Tall, pressing forward. 24. Looks like he needs shearer to tech him how to head but works hard. Good touch. Again more of a target man, but with Gordon and Elanga running off him...

Denis wise scouting leads me to a 3 year old video where he looks not great, but now appears to be one of the top k league strikers. (Domestic)

(I'm just throwing names out now to see if journos pick them up)

I bet spurs sign that Alikouche guy now aswell.

Felt it since the start of the summer but we are in massive danger of slipping really far into the pack this year.

On paper Spurs and Man U should be finishing ahead of us. Forrest wouldn't surprise me now either.

Ah man. Would love Akliouche here. What a shame if he ends up going to Spurs.

Going into the 2nd game of the season without a striker that Eddie trusts is mind-bendingly fkn mental. There doesn't feel like there's much urgency either. Just unbelievable.

I'm sure there's stuff going on behind the scenes but it's ridiculous we don't have one recognised striker at this stage.

I’m pretty sure there’s lots of urgency.
